You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or exchange:
	The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
	All tags and labels must be intact.
	A mandatory unboxing video is required (from the moment you open the parcel until the product is fully shown).
Non-Returnable Items
	Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
	We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
